Lelawadee Int Co Ltd is a Thai sales company under Thai/Swedish management, which has knowledge and many years of experience in Thailand. We have ready-made houses for sale and provide a construction warranty of 1 year for newly produced houses from the date of moving in. Lelawadee will help you to purchase furniture and household appliances when moving in. We have an English-speaking staff on site in Thailand who can assist with the most common questions.

Marie “Tiep” Wongnoen is our supervisor of the houses in Sabai Village 1 & 2 and when you are not there by yourself she makes sure that the staff takes care of their chores with gardening, pool maintenance etc. Tiep speaks Thai, good English and some Swedish.
We have 24-hour surveillance. There is a guard at the entrance who ensures that no unauthorized persons enter the area.
The gardeners take care of watering all the plots and gardening. For a fee, they can also help with the planting of trees, shrubs and plants.
Service
Homeowners in Sabai Village can turn to Lelawadee for help with cleaning and laundry before arrival and after departure or weekly cleaning when on site.
We advise anyone who wants these services to contact Lelawadee only since there could be problems in the future if “private cleaners” come to different houses without us knowing who this is besides creating questions and uncertainty among homeowners.
At the same time, it is reassuring to know that Lelawade is responsible for keys and that our staff ensures that it is properly cleaned.
